A: We presently employ 6,000 employees. Over the next year and a half, we will be adding approximately 4,000 Table Games jobs.
Q: Will some jobs be filled internally?
A: Yes, we have distributed a Class III gaming questionnaire to all of our internal team members and asked for their table games experience. Our current team members will receive the first opportunity for these newly created positions.

A: There will be 3,650 Table Games dealer positions created at Seminole Gaming.
Q: What prior experience is required to become a dealer at Seminole Gaming?
A: Applicants will participate in an interview process and need to show math aptitude as well as have at least two (2) years’ prior experience as a dealer. Initially, we will need experienced dealers as Class III is a start-up venture for Seminole Gaming. We also plan to open a Dealers School. Attendees will receive the training free of charge but will not be compensated during the eight-week, part-time training program.

A: As of the launch of the recruitment web site, full and part-time positions are available.
